We are urgently recruiting customer focused individuals, who are looking for a challenge and to be part of a new and exiting customer service department. You will be based in Essex working for a large Blue Chip organisation. The ideal candidates will have the following:
• GCSE English & Maths grade C or above. • 6-12 months phone based customer service experience. • Professional telephone manner. • Good communication skills. • Enthusiastic and not afraid of a challenge. • Able to work to deadlines
